The E-Tech awards honor the best products and innovations in a number of categories representing the wireless ecosystem. Nearly 300 submissions were received for this year's E-Tech Awards. A panel of 31 judges -- including notables such as Business Week's Steven Wildstrom; CNET's Jessica Dolcourt; Engadget's Chris Ziegler; eWeek's Andrew Garcia, Phonescoop's Eric Zeman; and TechCrunch Network's Peter Ha -- evaluated each entry and awarded the winners.
